How to find the items you want
You can find the items you want in two ways. You can search by category using the pulldown list at the top of the screen. You can also search by typing a word or phrase in the search box. You can also enter partial words. 'PIC' for example will find any item involving PIC microcontrollers.

To find a particular adapter, we have provided an Adapter Finding Wizard, You can search for the adapter you require by keyword, package or number of pins. To access the wizard, click on the icon on the left.

The items selected may be displayed as Brief Descriptions or Full Descriptions. When viewing a brief description, you may see the Full description for that part by clicking on the Order Code. When viewing a full description you may see the Data Sheet for the item by clicking on For full details see data sheet

How to buy the items you want
You choose the items you want to buy and add them to your 'basket' , which you will then see displayed. (You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' on the top bar.) Clicking on the button adds the quantity in the box. If no quantity is entered one is added, you can also enter negative quantities to reduce the number in the basket.

You can also remove the item completely using the button in the basket.

Payment methods
We accept payment by credit or debit card. You can leave your payment details using our secure server, or, if you prefer, you can fax or telephone them through.
We also accept payment by cheque (subject to clearance) or postal order.

Value added Tax (VAT) will be added to all orders purchased by UK customers, and also EU customers who do not provide us with a valid VAT registration number. VAT will not be added to orders from other countries.

Delivery - UK
Standard delivery (2-3 days for ex-stock items) is free of charge. For next day delivery we make a charge of £5 (+ VAT).

If we find that availability is not as stated in our shop, then we will phone you before charging you, to see if you still wish to proceed.

Orders for goods requiring next day delivery must be received by 12 noon.

For items which are not ex stock, you need to add the availability time to the delivery time.

Orders are processed, and deliverys take place, Monday to Friday. So orders for next day delivery placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Delivery - Other Countries

Packet-Master Products

Standard delivery by Express Airmail (approx one week to most locations) is £15 per order. Class analysis option registration codes will be emailed to you (free of charge).

If we find that availability is not as stated in our shop, then we will phone you before charging you, to see if you still wish to proceed.

Orders are processed, and deliverys take place, Monday to Friday.

Other Products

For other products we will calculate a price and inform you before sending the order. If you do not wish to accept the carriage charge you may cancel the order.

Privacy
No information which you give us will be made available to third parties, except for normal credit / debit card authorisations.
