How the shop works

We can ship from the UK to customers worldwide.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery in the UK (2-3 days for ex-stock items) is free of charge. For next day delivery in the UK we make a charge of £5 (+ VAT). See details

Delivery to Other Countries

Customers purchasing Packet-Master USB development products can use our standard airmail service at £15 per order. Separately ordered software options are delivered free of charge by email. For other products, we will contact you when you place your order, with a delivery price. If the price is not acceptable to you, you may cancel the order; we will not send goods without your agreement. See details

Each product indicates an expected availability. If an item is going to take longer than expected, we will phone you and give you the option to cancel.

We offer the following payment options:

• You may place a secure credit / debit card order on-line
• You may place the order on-line, and send us a payment by post. We will dispatch the goods when we receive the payment.
• You may place the order, and telephone the credit / debit card information to us.

Pricing in our on-line shop may be lower than telephoned and account prices. This reflects the lower overheads of on-line sales. Please check pricing if you wish to purchase our goods by another method.
