Problems

I have added items to my order but they are not showing up or I get a warning about cookies

This site uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file saved on your computer, which identifies you to the site. It does not carry any personal information and cannot do any harm or execute any instructions. If you have cookies disabled then the site does not recognise you, and does not know which items you have selected.

Sometimes people think cookies are enabled, when they actually are not. Double check your settings to be sure. If you change the settings to enable cookies, click all the 'Apply' or 'Okay' buttons to record your changes. Otherwise, your changes may not be made. Changing cookie settings is different for each browser, but here are some guidelines for common browsers:
Internet Explorer
1.Click 'Tools' in the menu bar and select 'Internet Options.' A new window will appear.
2.Select the 'Security' tab, then click 'Internet,' then click 'Custom Level.'
3.You should see a long list of items that you can scroll through. Scroll down to the cookie options and choose 'Enable' for all cookie settings.
4.Very important: you must click 'Apply' and/or 'Okay' wherever possible to set your changes.
Netscape
1.Choose 'Edit' in the menu bar and select 'Preferences.' A new window will open.
2.Click 'Advanced.'
3.Choose 'Accept all cookies.'
4.Be sure to click 'Okay' to set your changes.
AOL 5.0 Browser:
1.Click 'My AOL.' A new window will open.
2.Click 'WWW' and yet another window will open.
3.Click the 'Security' tab, then click 'Internet,' then click 'Custom Level.'
4.You should see a long list of items that you can scroll through. Scroll down to the cookie items.
5.Choose 'Enable' for all cookie settings.
6.Very important: click all 'Apply' and/or 'Okay' buttons to close all windows and return to the normal AOL screen.
 
I have added items to my order by mistake
If you have not confirmed your order then you can simply remove the item from your basket using the {short description of image} button on your basket .
